OVERTONES gallery

OVERTONES is a contemporary Los Angeles art gallery whose focus is two-fold: supporting and promoting emerging artists in all media; and showcasing work of established artists to infuse and inspire the coming generations. We believe in beauty and social action and think the two are inextricably connected and necessary in life. After a visit to our gallery you will feel like going out to smell a flower- and then continuing on to the White House to overthrow the Bush administration. In other words, we are here to make the world a better place!

OVERTONES gallery is committed to searching outside the confines of established art structures and presenting work that has the potential to engage a wide range of audiences.

Submissions

OVERTONES gallery strives to always be open to artists' submissions. However, the reality of things is that we can't work with everyone and that we are only human-meaning that sometimes you might have to wait a long time to hear back from us. Not to mention the fact that it might not be a "yes, let's dance" on our part. But hope springs eternal so mail away if you must.

Include a SASE for anything you might want sent back to you. Please do not email us images of your work. Any emails with non-solicited attachments will not be opened. And we will blacklist you like it's the 50’s.
